Consultor/a SAP HCM PY

About the role

Strada is looking for a SAP HCM PY Consultant to provide application support and technical guidance for its payroll module. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, document solutions and ensure smooth HR processes across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver application support consulting through advice, guidance and appropriate technical activities.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for handled issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage assigned tickets to meet deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external contacts.
• Understand overall HR flows and the SAP HR architecture.

Required profile

• Professional background in Systems, HR or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar SAP HCM roles, specifically with the PY module.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.

Required skills

• Configuration and parametrization of SAP HCM.
• Basic knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input.
• Experience with SAPscript, Smartforms, ALV reports and standard reports.
• Additional knowledge of ABAP, Object‑Oriented programming, BSP and Workflow is a plus.
