Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized Construction Project Coordinator based in Latin America with excellent English proficiency and a neutral accent. The role serves as the primary point of contact for quote requests and job awards, supporting Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client‑facing calls (≈50% of time) to confirm scope of work and relay details to Project Managers.
• Review and validate project documentation, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Prepare purchase orders, track schedules and budgets, and validate PO documentation.
• Complete audit and compliance documentation for final file upload.
• Collaborate weekly with Project Managers on file progress and billing status.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Solid background in construction as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent for high‑volume phone interactions.
• Based in Latin America with a dedicated, noise‑free home office, reliable high‑speed internet and backup power.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of standard business software for drafting correspondence, generating reports, and managing data.
