Configuration Specialist - Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team. Working in an offshore or near‑shore capacity, you will partner with on‑shore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for mortgage‑lending clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks in MCP across core platform setup, workflow, document/imaging, reporting and system integrations.
• Support on‑shore consultants from requirements gathering through design, build, acceptance testing, UAT and go‑live.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Statements of Work, configuration documentation and implementation estimates.
• Resolve support tickets and defects, following triage and escalation procedures.
• Provide written client‑facing updates, defect clarifications and documentation requests.
• Track configuration progress, open items and ticket status in tools such as ADO, Jira or Smartsheet.
• Follow defined configuration standards, naming conventions and quality checklists.
• Contribute to internal automation and AI‑assisted implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with mortgage technology, loan origination systems or enterprise software configuration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote on‑shore teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
