About the role

The Compliance and Ops Risk Test Senior Specialist is responsible for executing and managing testing activities within a risk and control environment. The role focuses on identifying gaps, validating control design, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute testing processes with precision, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Assess the control environment, identify gaps, verify design and implementation, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Apply analytical thinking to organize, compare, and evaluate information to uncover underlying issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align testing efforts and communicate outcomes.
• Propose and implement improvements to testing methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience executing and managing testing processes within a risk and control environment.
• Demonstrated ability to assess control environments, identify gaps, and drive remediation.
• Strong analytical thinking skills for organizing and evaluating information.
• Proven collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), OFAC, and sanctions.
• Auditing experience and solid understanding of internal controls.
