Community Manager – Social Media

About the role

As a Community Manager reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day social media operations for assigned brands in Argentina. You will ensure the regional strategy is executed effectively, collaborate across teams, and act as the operational reference point to meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily social media operations for assigned brands and markets.
• Implement and coordinate the regional social media strategy.
• Oversee community management, ensuring communication aligns with brand identity.
• Maintain editorial calendars, campaigns and always‑on initiatives.
• Monitor digital communities, spotting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Track performance, review KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Support operational management and coordinate follow‑up with the Social Media Senior Specialist.
• Participate in client meetings and follow up on requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media and community management, preferably in an agency handling multiple brands or markets.
• Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher).
• Strong coordination, communication and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of main social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with social listening, scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to turn KPIs and insights into actionable improvements.
