Community Manager – Beauty Industry

About the role

Ghost Sherpa is seeking a Community Manager with a passion for beauty to drive daily engagement for top beauty brands across social platforms. The role is fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, and offers the chance to grow within a leading U.S. agency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily community interactions on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, story mentions, tagged content, and influencer inquiries while maintaining brand tone.
• Flag customer‑service issues, influencer requests, and sensitive comments in real time.
• Keep all trackers (Customer Service, Influencer/PR, Time Tracker, FAQ) up to date in Monday.com.
• Document insights, update FAQs, and contribute to monthly recap reports.
• Stay informed on social trends, beauty culture moments, and recurring community patterns.

Required profile

• Effective communicator – clear, professional, confident.
• Proactive, resourceful, and extremely organized.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
• Passionate about beauty and familiar with industry culture.

Required skills

• Experience with Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Dash Social or Meltwater.
• Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project‑management tools.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
