Communication Associate (G-6) – Fixed Term – Buenos Aires

About the role

The Communication Associate supports UNICEF Argentina’s advocacy and communication agenda by providing technical and administrative assistance for digital and media initiatives. Working under the Communication Specialist, the role contributes to the planning, production, and monitoring of campaigns that promote children’s rights.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of communication and advocacy strategies.
• Support the development and execution of digital strategy initiatives and online campaigns.
• Research and test new innovations in social media, digital platforms, and audience behavior.
• Provide general administrative support and documentation for communication requests.
• Collaborate with programme, fundraising teams, external partners, and suppliers to deliver high‑quality communication outputs.

Required profile

• Under supervision of the Communication Specialist (NO‑3).
• Close coordination with the Advocacy and Media Officer and the Digital Communication Officer.
• Ability to work with diverse internal teams and external partners.
