Commercial Services Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Services Procurement Specialist will design and execute sourcing strategies for commercial services spend across the Latin America region. Reporting to the Commercial Services Procurement Manager, the role focuses on cost efficiency, supplier innovation and aligning procurement with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement best‑in‑class sourcing strategies for commercial services in LATAM.
• Build and maintain high‑impact relationships with senior management and cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal.
• Lead complex negotiations and establish long‑term supplier agreements.
• Define and manage supplier selection and performance processes to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and supply‑chain risks, adjusting strategies to mitigate disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement and corporate spend management.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Google collaboration tools (Workspace).
