Account Executive - Retail

About the role

NCR Voyix, a global provider of unified commerce platforms for shopping and dining, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage enterprise-level client relationships and drive business growth across the LATAM region. The role is full-time and office-based in Buenos Aires, and requires extensive retail experience, strong SaaS sales capability and hands-on knowledge of POS systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build a high-performing sales team and guide deal structuring for large, complex accounts.
• Create, implement and optimise account strategies, and share best practices with junior Account Executives.
• Drive regional sales initiatives across the LATAM market, including Argentina.
• Negotiate and manage enterprise-level client relationships and present to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse sales and performance data to inform business direction and support decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams and perform well under pressure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise or B2B settings.
• Mandatory retail industry experience and proven experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Experience across the LATAM region and familiarity with POS systems (implementation, sales or usage).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Full-time, on-site presence 5 days per week in Buenos Aires.
