Cloud Ops Engineer – Night Shift

About the role

As a Cloud Ops Engineer on the night shift, you will ensure the resilience, availability, and reliability of Avature's sophisticated cloud and on‑premise infrastructure. You will work closely with global engineering teams, applying DevOps and SRE practices to keep services running smoothly 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer Linux‑based infrastructure both on‑prem and in the cloud.
• Build, deploy, and configure cloud resources for production and development environments.
• Apply configuration‑management and infrastructure‑as‑code principles to implement changes.
• Monitor systems, respond quickly to outages, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple specializations worldwide.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Linux system administration.
• Background managing cloud platforms and related services.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and understanding of security mechanisms.
• Ability to work night hours (7 PM – 3 AM ART) and communicate in English at an intermediate level.
