Clinical Trial Manager

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager in Buenos Aires within a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON's global expertise. The manager runs day-to-day clinical trial management activities, supporting the team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across clinical programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical trial management activities and support the team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.
• Ensure trials comply with local, national and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Solve problems and make critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection and risk management.

Required profile

• Solid clinical trial management experience, able to manage competing priorities and develop a team.
• University degree in medicine, science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience managing global clinical study projects.
• Strong experience leading and managing local, regional and international vendors.
• Previous experience as a Senior CRA.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
