Clinical Engagement Lead – Argentina/Chile

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior‑level Clinical Engagement Lead to serve as the primary liaison between the company and clinical investigators across Argentina, Chile, and other LATAM territories. This field‑based position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites to support the organization’s clinical trial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified investigators and sites within the assigned geography.
• Serve as the main point of contact for investigators, providing scientific and operational support throughout trial execution.
• Gather field intelligence and relay insights to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.
• Represent Beeline Medicines at conferences, meetings, and site visits, promoting the company’s therapeutic programs.
• Travel regularly within the territory and attend company‑wide events as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in clinical operations, site management, or investigator engagement.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the immunology/inflammation therapeutic area.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with external scientific stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the region.
