Clinical Data Coordinator I

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Clinical Data Coordinator I in Argentina. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, you will help design and analyse clinical trials, interpret complex medical data and contribute to the development of treatments that benefit patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for clinical research deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Assist the Data Management Study Lead in developing eCRFs, Data Validation Specifications and study-specific procedures.
• Review clinical and third-party data against edit specifications and data review plans.
• Issue clear, accurate and concise queries to investigational sites.
• Communicate with peers, the clinical data scientist and functional management as required.
• Carry out other project activities needed to meet study timelines, such as filing and archiving study documentation and sending queries to investigators for resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Basic knowledge of clinical data management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Relevant clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g. ICH-GCP) is a plus.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Required skills

• Familiarity with data management software and systems such as Medidata, Oracle RDC or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
