Client Onboarding Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Client Onboarding Senior Supervisor leads the end‑to‑end account opening and maintenance process, ensuring high‑quality service for institutional clients. The role combines deep knowledge of documentation, cash products and risk controls with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily account opening and maintenance activities, including documentation issuance, system setups and resolution of customer issues.
• Lead cross‑functional projects in the account services space, coordinating with internal partners and driving process improvements.
• Develop and implement new work procedures, monitor service levels, and drive innovations to reduce transaction defects.
• Maintain a robust risk‑management environment, applying controls, assessing risk, and escalating issues as needed.
• Coach and train new team members, promote cross‑functional training, and optimize manpower for higher productivity.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance and cash‑product handling.
• Strong analytical, communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and regulators.
• Proven project‑management capability, including financial cost management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage risk, and maintain compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (written and spoken).
