Claims Handler – Insurance Law (Mid-Level)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our Buenos Aires headquarters as a Claims Handler. The position focuses on marine and property insurance claims, offering an international scope and clear growth opportunities within a dynamic, results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative regulations related to marine and property claims.
• Monitor lawsuits from initiation to final resolution, managing procedural deadlines, preparing legal documents, and providing legal opinions.
• Develop and implement settlement strategies to optimize outcomes for clients.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.
• Law degree and enrollment in the Bar Association (CABA).
• Mandatory experience in managing property claims, including regulatory and litigation aspects.
• Desired experience in marine claims.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Results‑oriented, dynamic, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative culture.
