About the role

We are seeking a recent law graduate with a passion for insurance law to join our claims team in Buenos Aires. The Junior Claims Handler will support the handling of cargo claims worldwide, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Manage claims against diverse opponents for various types of cargo globally.
Analyze factual elements of each case and prepare documentation.
Keep clients informed with regular status updates.
Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Fluent or native English (oral and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Results‑oriented, dynamic, proactive and adaptable to evolving scenarios.
Experience working in a collaborative organizational culture.
