Chief Owner Experience Officer

About the role

The Vines of Mendoza, a premier vineyard and luxury resort in Argentina, is seeking a Chief Owner Experience Officer to lead the Owner Experience function. This permanent senior role will oversee the relationship and service experience for more than 300 vineyard owners, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive owner experience strategy aligned with the resort’s luxury standards.
• Lead a team responsible for day‑to‑day interactions, events, and personalized services for vineyard owners.
• Monitor and continuously improve service quality through feedback collection and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments such as operations, marketing, and food & beverage to deliver seamless experiences.
• Represent the resort in owner meetings, negotiations, and high‑profile events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality and client‑service leadership.
• Demonstrated track record of managing high‑net‑worth client relationships.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
