Chief of Staff

About the role

This is a full‑time, permanent position with a US‑based CX marketing agency that works with e‑commerce and DTC brands. The Chief of Staff will act as the operational backbone, linking leadership with the wider team and ensuring key initiatives move forward.

Key responsibilities

• Partner daily with company leadership to translate strategy into actionable projects.
• Own end‑to‑end project management for cross‑functional initiatives, including CX services, optimization, and new productization.
• Maintain and improve recurring internal processes, flagging breakdowns and proposing fixes.
• Track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and drive stalled projects to completion.
• Keep Notion trackers and boards up to date as the organization’s operating system.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business ops within a fast‑paced agency or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven ability to hold cross‑functional teams accountable without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and comfort with shifting priorities.
• High trust and discretion, working closely with senior leadership and sensitive information.
• Advanced English communication, both written and spoken.
