Case Analyst (Spanish and Portuguese speaker)

About the role

Binance is seeking a Case Analyst fluent in Spanish and Portuguese to support its global compliance team. The role involves handling law‑enforcement inquiries, conducting blockchain investigations and assisting with AML processes within a fast‑growing crypto ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities.
• Assist with pre‑SAR filing, mitigating controls and client off‑boarding.
• Participate in internal and external AML/CFT training programs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Carry out general administration related to compliance functions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory‑facing role.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical, systematic and logical thinking skills.
• Proactive, ambitious attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Blockchain analytics and tracing using block explorers.
