Key responsibilities

• Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate emergency equipment usage.
• Provide attentive in‑flight service, including meals, beverages, and special assistance.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and order before, during, and after flights.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage handling.
• Respond promptly to any in‑flight incidents or medical situations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer‑service experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or related fields.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
