C++ Developer – Unreal Engine

About the role

We are looking for a C++ Developer with strong Unreal Engine experience to join our multidisciplinary team. You will help create engaging real‑time interactive experiences and reinforce the technical foundation of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Build, evolve, and maintain reliable, scalable functionality for real‑time interactive software.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay mechanics and UI components.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented C++ code that follows industry standards.
• Improve runtime performance and memory usage across supported devices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor less‑experienced developers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues throughout production.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps for new features.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of polished features.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in modern C++ standards and conventions.
• Hands‑on experience developing applications with Unreal Engine.
• Proven ability to create user interfaces using UMG or a comparable UI toolkit.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Bonus: experience with multi‑platform development (PC, mobile, consoles) and a good sense of UX and visual refinement.
