Business Instructor for AI Training (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking experienced postsecondary business instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems that are trained on core business concepts and real‑world decision‑making. This remote, freelance position allows you to apply your teaching expertise to shape the quality of AI‑generated business content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used for AI training.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance of AI‑generated business outputs.
• Provide structured, written feedback to enhance reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Validate scenarios and edge cases using real‑world teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong grasp of core business topics such as management, strategy, operations, and finance basics.
• Ability to clearly explain and evaluate business reasoning in written form.
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed feedback.
