Business Development Representative

About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) joins Televerde’s Corporate Engagement Center Team to generate qualified prospects for client sales teams. Working under the Call Center Sales Coach, the BDR focuses on building relationships with decision‑makers, uncovering needs and positioning future sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and prioritize daily activities, including meeting coordination across time zones.
• Prepare for each call by reviewing history, notes, scripts and relevant company or industry information.
• Execute cold and warm calls to qualify leads and meet campaign objectives.
• Maintain accurate data by scrubbing contacts, entering information into the designated database and tracking leads generated.
• Mentor and coach fellow BDRs to achieve shared targets.
• Adapt call guides, training materials and collateral to the appropriate language for each campaign.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
