Business Development Manager – FX/CFD (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

ZERO Markets is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence across key Latin American markets. The role focuses on client acquisition, partner development, and revenue growth for our FX and CFD offerings, while providing high‑quality support throughout the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, introducing brokers and strategic partners in LATAM.
• Support and execute strategic marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions and educational events.
• Provide high‑level client support via live chat, email, phone or WhatsApp and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and report local trends and campaign performance to headquarters.
• Contribute ideas to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of day trading, FX and CFD products.
• Solid sales experience, preferably in financial services, SaaS, IaaS or FinTech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
