About the role
Tetra Pak is seeking a Business Development Expert to identify, prioritize, and pursue new opportunities within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Based in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align prospect plans with company and customer objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through regular on‑site visits and relationship building.
- Generate leads, map pipelines, and develop prospect accounts for future growth.
- Maintain collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Services, Packaging, Processing Solutions & Equipment, and Product Management.
- Understand the full product portfolio and apply value‑selling strategies tailored to customer needs.
- Support order management, design administration, and ensure smooth hand‑off to Sales and Key Account Managers.
- Partner with marketing teams to create new leads and business opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5‑8 years of solutions‑based or value‑based sales experience.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to uncover new business.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, pricing strategy knowledge, and financial understanding.
