Business Analyst – Agile & Process Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Buenos Aires. You will collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to drive impactful business outcomes through analysis, process optimization, and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to define, scope, and document business requirements.
• Analyze business and system workflows, identify interdependencies, and optimize processes using systems thinking.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with cross‑functional Agile teams to support product development and delivery.
• Stay informed on technology trends and articulate their business value.
• Apply industry‑standard modeling techniques and productivity tools to improve solutions.
• Communicate ideas, recommendations, and solutions across all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar in a technology environment.
• Experience working with cross‑functional Agile teams.
• Advanced ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• University degree.
