Brand Designer

About the role

Profound is seeking a hands‑on Brand Designer to define and shape the visual identity of its AI marketing platform across all channels. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Brand lead and cross‑functional teams to build scalable design systems and create compelling brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual brand across campaigns, website, events, social and other touchpoints.
• Build and maintain a flexible, scalable brand design system for digital and physical formats.
• Design campaign creative from concept through execution, ensuring a coherent brand story.
• Shape brand experiences for conferences, events, OOH activations and other experiential formats.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience with a portfolio showcasing strong visual identity work.
• Clear, opinionated point of view on typography, color, layout and composition, able to defend decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with marketers, writers, product and leadership while maintaining creative conviction.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

What we offer

• Base salary range $120,000–$200,000 (US), plus equity.
