About the role

We are looking for a Biology Expert to train cutting‑edge AI systems. The role involves creating rigorous, deterministic biology problems that can be used to evaluate and improve AI performance.

Key responsibilities

Design advanced biology problems that challenge frontier AI models.
Create deterministic tasks with a single correct answer and provide verified solutions.
Develop problem sets covering experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, and bioinformatics workflows using Python and relevant tools.

Required profile

Master’s or PhD degree in Biology or a related life‑science discipline.
Research or industry experience in computational or quantitative biological analysis.
Mid‑level professional experience.

Required skills

Python programming.
Data analysis.
Bioinformatics workflow development (preferred).
