BIM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Consultant to lead and support our BIM consultancy projects across the United States. The role involves developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and workflows while ensuring high‑quality deliverables for our architecture and construction clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM consultancy projects, delivering BIM standards, content, strategies, and workflow optimizations.
• Develop and maintain firm‑wide BIM templates, libraries, and parametric content.
• Create project‑specific procedures and ensure compliance with BIM protocols.
• Conduct regular QA/QC reviews of BIM models and provide guidance to project teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to coordinate BIM standards and implementations.
• Deliver internal training sessions and workshops to raise BIM competency.
• Stay current with industry advancements and drive their adoption within the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Advanced or native English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience on BIM models for U.S. projects.
• Recent experience (last 2 years) implementing BIM standards on U.S. projects.
• Previous role as BIM Specialist, BIM Lead, or similar within the last 4 years.

Required skills

• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – all modules.
• Autodesk Interoperability Tools.
• Revit – best‑practice modeling.
• Content management platforms such as AVAIL or Kinship.
• Creation and management of BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• QA/QC processes for BIM models and content.
