Architectural Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects for our US‑based clients. The role is outcome‑focused, adaptable and requires driving progress while embodying our company values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all project activities from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and on‑budget completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify milestones and allocate resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to optimise efficiency and productivity.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication of client needs.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs and ensure efficient use of financial resources.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Supervise work quality to meet client standards, regulations and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Architect to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience developing projects for the US market.
• At least 5 years of architectural design and technical development experience in construction projects within a BIM environment.
• Advanced or native English proficiency.
• Strong team development and leadership abilities.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner and effective collaborator in multidisciplinary settings.

Required skills

• Proficient use of BIM software such as Revit.
• Proficient use of BIM software such as ArchiCAD.
• Broad knowledge of BIM workflows and tools.
