You will lead the finance team in shaping financial strategy, planning, and performance optimisation for a diverse client portfolio. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Analyse financial data, forecast trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis and risk‑management processes.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance of junior team members.
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations and escalate issues when necessary.

• Proven experience leading finance or billing teams in a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
