Bilingual Recruiter – English/Spanish (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to support our healthcare clients. You will work remotely, guiding candidates through the hiring journey and ensuring a smooth, compassionate experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming applications from Indeed, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Monitor candidate communications and provide timely follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules based on recruiter and hiring‑team availability.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines from sourcing through onboarding coordination.
• Follow up with candidates on onboarding requirements, compliance documents, and credential submissions.
• Track candidate progress and proactively address any delays.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Compassionate with a strong interest in healthcare recruitment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
