Bilingual Recruiter – English/Spanish

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to support its healthcare staffing initiatives. This remote position will guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensure smooth coordination between recruiters and hiring teams, and help build compassionate healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming applications from job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules based on recruiter and office availability.
• Manage recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Follow up with candidates on onboarding requirements, compliance documents, and credential submissions.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Compassionate approach to candidate experience, especially in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
