Bilingual Paralegal – Remote, Law Firm Experience

About the role

Voxidea is seeking a bilingual paralegal to join a U.S.-based law firm team remotely. You will support attorneys in managing cases, preparing legal documents, and communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients in English and Spanish.
• Assist attorneys with legal memo writing, research, and preparation of immigration and other legal forms.
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with attorneys and senior legal assistants to meet deadlines and adhere to firm policies.
• Analyze case strategies and conduct research to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Permanent residence in Latin America.
• Own a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
