Bilingual Paralegal – Remote (English/Spanish)

About the role

Voxidea is seeking a bilingual Paralegal to join a U.S.-based law firm remotely. You will support attorneys by managing cases, communicating with clients in English and Spanish, and preparing legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Assist attorneys with legal memo drafting, research, and preparation of immigration and other legal forms.
• Proofread legal documents for clarity and correctness.
• Collaborate with attorneys and senior legal assistants to meet deadlines and analyze case strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Permanent residence in Latin America.
• Reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) and stable internet connection.
