Bilingual Litigation Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Litigation Assistant to support a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. This fully remote, long‑term position is ideal for candidates in Latin America who understand U.S. legal workflows and want to grow within a high‑performance legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings and client meetings.
• Manage calendars, court deadlines and case timelines.
• Order, organize and track medical records and billing.
• Maintain pleadings indexes in Filevine.
• Assist with e‑filing and document organization.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers and internal legal teams.
• Ensure all files remain accurate and deadline‑compliant.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. litigation or personal injury.
• Prior remote work experience with U.S. law firms.
• Strong English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
• Located in Latin America (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic).

Required skills

• Filevine (experience highly preferred).
