Bilingual English-Spanish Intake Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑Spanish Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our personal injury clients. Working remotely, you will qualify new cases, answer questions and ensure a smooth hand‑off to our pre‑litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming emails, chats and phone calls, responding with professional customer service.
• Qualify potential clients, ask probing questions and complete the intake process.
• Set up new client projects in Filevine and organize related documents in Dropbox.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team members and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of comments, observations and case updates.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and regular team meetings.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Sales or customer‑service background.
• Experience with personal injury cases is a plus.
• Reliable PC or laptop with a wired internet connection and a noise‑cancelling headset.

Required skills

• Filevine case‑management software.
• Dropbox for document storage.
