About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Content Writer to help train AI chat‑bots in both Spanish and English. The role involves creating and reviewing conversational scripts to improve the performance of AI language models.

Key responsibilities

Engage with AI chat‑bots in Spanish and English to assess their conversational abilities.
Write original dialogue scenarios that teach the bots appropriate responses.
Assign writing and editing tasks to the bots and evaluate the outputs for accuracy and style.
Measure and report on the quality and performance of AI‑generated content.

Required profile

Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

Proficiency in bilingual content creation.

What we offer
