Bilingual Content Editor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual content editor to help train AI models. You will engage in English‑Spanish conversations with AI chatbots, measuring their progress and crafting novel dialogues to improve their responses. The role requires an expert level of linguistics to ensure high‑quality training data and offers full flexibility to work from home on your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit conversation scripts for AI chatbots in both English and Spanish.
• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs.
• Provide feedback and rate AI‑generated content based on correctness, style and performance criteria.
• Assess the overall quality of AI models for accuracy and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.

Required skills

• Expert‑level linguistic knowledge in English and Spanish.
