About the role

RYZ Labs is looking for a skilled BI Analyst to join a client’s team. You will analyze business and operational data, develop metrics and dashboards, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

Analyze complex data sets to support decision‑making and answer business questions.
Develop and maintain reliable metrics, analytical frameworks, and recurring dashboards.
Identify data inconsistencies, implement validation practices, and improve reporting efficiency.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science.
4+ years of professional analytics experience, with at least 3 years in a Data/BI Analyst role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

SQL
Python for data analysis and visualization
