Back End Python Engineer

About the role

As a Back End Python Engineer you will design and develop web applications, mobile‑app back‑ends and supporting services that power our business workflow. You will work with open‑source technologies such as Python and Django while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable back‑end services using Python and Django.
• Develop APIs that integrate with mobile and web front‑ends.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and other engineers to deliver features in sprints.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous integration processes.
• Ensure code quality, performance and security of deployed services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development.
• Fluent in Python with a strong grasp of its ecosystem.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Customer‑success mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Resilience, diplomacy and relationship‑building skills.
