Back End PHP Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Back End PHP Developer to design, build, and maintain robust web applications. You will work closely with front‑end engineers and product teams to deliver high‑performance server‑side solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, efficient PHP code and reusable modules.
• Design and optimise database schemas, primarily using PostgreSQL.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintain and enhance existing back‑end portals and CMS platforms.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on customer success.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• PHP (object‑oriented programming)
• PostgreSQL and general SQL/NoSQL knowledge
