B2C Segment Leader

About the role

ESET is looking for a B2C Segment Leader in Buenos Aires. The person will implement channel partnership change initiatives (sales programs, campaigns and activities) defined by the Channel and Segment teams to improve channel performance and drive revenue growth. The role also takes part in creating new initiatives, deploying them, monitoring results and collecting market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy complex initiatives such as sales programs and campaigns to the markets, especially in the B2C segment
• Develop and implement plans to execute global initiatives and meet program goals, and remove obstacles to success
• Track initiative KPIs, keep updated records and monitor status
• Roll out the Global Partner Program template to the markets, including preparing the project plan, business fit and business case
• Educate colleagues, partners and offices about program goals and gain buy-in
• Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners, local offices, channel partners and customers
• Carry out other work as instructed by a managing employee

Required profile

• Master's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• 10 years of experience in high-touch sales or a similar role in the IT software industry, and 3 years in the cybersecurity industry
• Strong understanding of the B2C cybersecurity segment and channel dynamics such as retail, e-tail, OEM and other consumer reseller channels
• Experience working with resellers on a global scale and a track record of building reseller partnerships that drove revenue growth
• Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales enablement materials
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• English at B2/C1 level
