Power Digital is seeking a B2B Creative Director to lead the creative vision for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role combines strategic thinking, design leadership, and end‑to‑end production to drive measurable business growth and brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the creative strategy across multiple client accounts, acting as the senior advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Oversee concept development, design, production, and post‑production, ensuring consistent performance and scalability across omnichannel campaigns.
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering career development, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Drive client retention, service expansion, and new‑business opportunities by delivering thought‑leading ideas and flawless execution.
• Collaborate with data, media, and technology teams to align creative output with data‑driven insights and growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading creative teams for B2B or growth‑focused brands.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence executive decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering creative work that generates measurable business results.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
