B2B Advertising Sales and Account Manager

About the role

APM is seeking a B2B Advertising Sales and Account Manager to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to renewal, while delivering exceptional client experiences. This hybrid role blends sales, account management, and customer experience in a fast‑growing, remote‑first publishing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, and Zoom.
• Develop a new pipeline through cold outreach, discovery calls, and proposal creation.
• Track campaign performance, identify upsell opportunities, and drive renewals.
• Maintain structured, caring communication with advertisers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate with editorial, content, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM, handling contracts, invoices, and accounts receivable.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end B2B sales cycles.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on client success.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced environment with core UK hours.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
