Associate Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, award‑winning international recruitment agency as an Associate Technical Recruiter. Working from home, you will partner with a senior recruiter to support hiring for high‑profile clients across Canada and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for IT and Healthcare‑IT positions, both contract and permanent.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Dice and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen, interview, negotiate rates and prepare candidate summaries for senior team review.
• Maintain accurate records and submit qualified candidates to senior partners.
• Develop expertise in market trends and client requirements under mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recent full‑cycle recruiting experience in IT or Healthcare‑IT for the Canadian or U.S. market.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quiet home office, and availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
