Associate Site Contract Specialist

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies by preparing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with investigative sites. You will work closely with internal functional teams to ensure smooth site startup activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize amendments and budgets with study sites according to established processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align contract activities with site activation timelines and achieve target cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters, authority approvals, and client expectations.
• Track and report contract status and assist other specialists with reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Basic understanding of clinical trial agreements and investigator grant negotiation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication in English and the local language.
• Proficiency with automated contract management systems and standard office software.
