Associate Regional Partner – Argentina & Mexico (Remote)

About the role

The Associate Regional Partner will support Worldwide Clinical Trials’ People Strategy & Culture department by shaping and executing HR strategies across Argentina and Mexico. Working remotely, you will partner with People Business Partners and global teams to ensure the company’s talent objectives align with regional business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise, formulate and deliver people strategies for the region and individual countries to enable business unit goals.
• Act as the local expert on employment practices, ensuring compliance and proactively addressing labor‑market challenges.
• Guide leaders on culturally appropriate talent strategies and ensure consistency across countries.
• Collaborate with the Global People Rewards team to apply the total‑reward package consistently at the country level.
• Monitor employee engagement pulse in the region and recommend actions to close gaps and uphold company values.
• Advocate for, develop, and manage human‑resource policies and programs tailored to regional needs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and labor‑market dynamics in Argentina and Mexico.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence HR strategy implementation.
• Experience delivering HR initiatives that drive attraction, engagement, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness to ensure consistent talent practices across borders.
