Associate Professor – Behavioral Science (Tenure‑Track)

About the role

UTDT is seeking a tenure‑track Associate Professor in Behavioral Science to join its research‑oriented faculty. The position starts between March **** and March **** and offers the opportunity to develop a vibrant teaching and research program.

Key responsibilities

• Teach approximately 150 hours per year, equivalent to about 2.5 undergraduate courses.
• Deliver lectures in Spanish by the third year of appointment.
• Maintain an active scholarly research agenda commensurate with the associate professor level.
• Contribute to departmental service, curriculum development, and student mentorship.

Required profile

• PhD (or near completion) in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly research and teaching appropriate for an associate‑professor rank.
• Ability to thrive in a research‑oriented academic environment.
