Associate Logistics Analyst

About the role

Ecolab is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to support its North American Logistics group. In this junior‑level position you will help manage expedite requests, schedule shipments, and ensure smooth transportation operations across an assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily expedite requests, schedule shipments and source carriers.
• Use Transportation Management Software (TMS) to rate, schedule and route shipments.
• Monitor in‑transit shipments, track‑and‑trace, and resolve delays.
• Communicate order status and inventory issues via phone and email to internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate daily expedite cut‑offs aligned with warehouse workflows.
• Control costs according to contractual and budgetary guidelines.
• Provide team coverage and support additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in logistics or transportation (2 years preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, or ability to be trained.
• Currently pursuing or holding a BA/BS in Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Strong adaptability, multitasking ability, and effective written and verbal communication.
